Well hello! So glad to have you joining me this week for another Pinterest minute. I truly enjoy sharing all things Pinterest with you each week! I have a good post to share today – it’s all about finding your slowest traffic day. It’s pretty easy to do but I also want to give you a few tips on how to beef it up a bit. Pump up your lowest traffic day. (And the jams too.)
When I say “traffic day” I am talking about your impressions, repins and clicks to your site. Saying traffic encompasses them all. To find all this info you need to login into your Pinterest account and then go to analytics. Click on the far right were it says “Activity from www.yoursite.com” It will bring you to your analytics. The meat and potatoes of what’s going on between your site and Pinterest.
Pinterest > Analytics > Activity from your siteThen set your time frame to 30 days to start.
Now that you have your lowest traffic day here are some things to do to bring it up:
- Repin your most popular pins to your BEST boards on that day
- Pin directly from your site on that day
- Have people from your tribe pin your posts on that day
- Schedule extra pins for that day
Basically give your lowest day of the week some extra love. You want to nurture that day and give it special attention. If you can grow your slowest day of the week then your traffic will go up.
